By using EngiVerse, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
2. Acceptable Use
No fraud, no off-platform payments to circumvent fees, no scraping or automated access without permission, no harassment or unlawful content.
3. Engineer Obligations
Engineers must deliver work as agreed in the project scope, respond to clients within the response SLA on their tier, and maintain confidentiality of client materials.
4. Client Obligations
Clients must fund escrow before work begins, review deliverables in good faith within the agreed review window, and provide clear feedback.
5. Platform Fees
EngiVerse charges a 10% platform commission on completed projects. Subscription tiers may modify this rate; the active tier is shown in your billing settings.
6. Escrow and Payments
Client funds are held in escrow and released to the engineer upon milestone approval. Unapproved milestones follow the dispute process below.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are first resolved via in-platform mediation. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration in the governing jurisdiction.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. EngiVerse may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngiVerse's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
Governing law: to be specified per jurisdiction in the final agreement reviewed by counsel.
